Connie Laguardia, Director of Engineering  
Ms. Connie Laguardia has fifteen years of experience in both commercial and government wireless communications. Ms Laguardia has a broad range experience covering all aspects of in-building and macro network design and deployment for cellular and PCS band commercial carriers and private or government owned land mobile radio networks. Most recently, she worked as the Director of Solutions Engineering for MobileAccess, where she was responsible for coordinating design and deployment of large scale in-building wireless systems. Prior to MobileAccess, Ms. Laguardia worked for Booz Allen Hamilton as a Wireless Consultant for the Department of Justice and Department of Homeland Security. Before Booz Allen, Ms. Laguardia worked for Motorola in their Land Mobile Products Sector deploying systems for Federal Government customers. She began her career at Comsearch as a traveling consultant during the initial roll out of the PCS band systems. In her free time she enjoys running and is training for her first full Marathon. Ms. Laguardia holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland. |
